US Technical Recruiter
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in recruiting within a W2 environment.
This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top technical talent for our clients, primarily focusing on W2 hires.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, specifically focusing on W2 contract positions.
2. Sourcing and Networking: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and internal databases to build a talent pipeline of qualified candidates.
3. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and candidate preferences, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
4. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand role requirements and business needs, providing insights and setting realistic hiring expectations.
5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all hiring activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly regarding W2 requirements, including employment eligibility verification and tax forms.
6. Job Postings and Marketing: Craft compelling job descriptions and promote job openings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
7. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback and guidance to both parties.
8. Negotiations and Offers: Assist in negotiating compensation packages, benefits, and employment terms for W2 positions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
9. Candidate Experience: Maintain a high standard of candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth onboarding process for successful placements.
