As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

This role focuses on building long-term relationships with clients while overseeing daily operations. It acts as a key operations role in the company, working closely with clients to achieve their goals.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
* Oversee client milestones, monitoring progress at 30, 60, and 90 days.
* Complete all client tasks in a timely manner.


Milestone Operations - Brand Management

* Resolve client pain points by identifying and addressing ongoing issues.
* Lead retention efforts through proposal development, contract negotiation, and upselling/downselling opportunities.
* Monitor customer satisfaction through quarterly surveys.
* Recommend improvements to client strategies.
* Fulfill client requirements and complete tasks within timelines.
* Understand client businesses, competition, and marketing objectives to define business problems and provide actionable insights.
* Regularly monitor and report on client performance to ensure goals are met.
* Perform account audits, including onboarding and account audit checklists.
* Review client boards bi-weekly to ensure design tiers are met and work is progressing.


KPIs and Performance Metrics

* Ensure 90% of Amazon clients meet or exceed ad spend budgets.
* Maintain less than 7.5% monthly churn for the entire Amazon department.
* Complete 90% of audits within 5 business days.
* Achieve 30% of active clients leaving reviews on Google.
* Bill clients for bonuses at least 30% of the time.
* Help clients launch successfully within 7 business days of starting with the company.
* Conduct quarterly case studies.
* Maintain a negative offboarding feedback rate of less than 20%.
* Achieve a margin per head of at least 150%.

About Gigabrain Benefits

* This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $500 to $800 per month.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be passionate about delivering results.

This is a full-time remote position requiring a quiet workspace, fast internet, webcam, and microphone. Flexible hours are available outside of core working hours (6-11 am PST). This role offers considerable autonomy and ownership over projects.
