Technical Expertise in Network and Data Center Management
The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of network devices, including Cisco and Riverbed solutions. Experience with data center infrastructure management applications such as Control-M and EMC Avamar is also highly desirable.
1. Familiarity with advanced troubleshooting techniques for complex VoIP phone issues using Avaya technology.
2. Ability to identify and resolve WiFi network problems.
Apart from technical skills, excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration with network and data center teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
