Your Key Responsibilities
Lead client relationships with clarity, care, and strategic foresight
Translate business objectives into holistic digital marketing plans across platforms (social, content, paid media, CRM, etc.)
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and performance teams to deliver campaigns that drive real results
Provide strategic insights and reporting that highlight both impact and direction
Be the client's partner in growth — not just a point of contact
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in managing digital marketing accounts, ideally in a creative or performance-driven agency environment
Strong grasp of digital ecosystems: from paid ads to brand storytelling to lifecycle marketing
Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to handle complex priorities and personalities with empathy and efficiency
Confidence in communication: You speak clearly, write strategically, and listen actively
A mindset that blends structure, curiosity, and a bias for action

Compensation: $5,000 – $7,000/month, depending on your experience, expertise, and impact
