We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead business development efforts in Brazil, responsible for designing and executing strategies to expand our network of small and medium-sized business partners across key metropolitan areas, focusing on growth and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of business development representatives to achieve ambitious growth goals
* Developing and executing marketing and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality business partners
* Designing and optimizing the partner onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration and ramp-up
* Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to guide expansion initiatives
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
* Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on critical performance metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations
* Driving continuous improvement in partner conversion rates and overall satisfaction
Basic Qualifications
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
* Experience managing teams
* Experience in program or project management
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
* Advanced English knowledge
