Regional Director of Operations and Performance
This is a strategic leadership role that oversees the operational excellence of our hospitality operations across regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, operations, or a related field, with at least 10-15 years of experience in multi-site operations or occupying a senior management role in hospitality.
The successful applicant will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision for operational excellence, aligning the operational strategy to support our goals, and actively participating in the training of operations leaders and teams as a strategic pillar in performance excellence. They will also lead the efforts to establish, implement, and comply with standard operating procedures, collaborate with department representatives to ensure adequate support to locations, and analyze operational results to identify improvements and initiatives.
A key focus area for this role will be to drive regional, country, and location teams to embody our brand spirit and support the rollout of initiatives to drive awareness, culture, and financial performance. This includes developing and implementing policies and systems to track productivity, working closely with global HR to build processes and guidelines, continually innovating and improving standards, processes, and training, and evaluating operational systems to determine their effectiveness and efficiency.
We are looking for a highly analytical and numerate individual with exceptional people development skills who can inspire and engage large teams, encourage a culture of learning and support, and bring process and discipline to our operating model. A leader with a structured approach, flexibility, and ability to travel at least 50% of the time, residing and having permission to work in a country in the region is preferred.
