Job Description:
We are seeking a Trade Data Management Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future of trade compliance by automating processes, analyzing data, and driving innovation. This specialist will empower global teams with the tools and insights they need to make smarter, faster decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Automate manual processes using Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint.
* Analyze and manage trade-related data to support compliance and reporting needs.
* Create dashboards in Power BI that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Integrate systems through APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance screening.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and secure data handling.
* Support the implementation of global trade compliance programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
* 3–5 years of experience in data management, automation, or analytics.
* Entry-level experience in trade compliance—or a strong willingness to learn.
* Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams.
* Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, SAP, Ariba, Workday Learning, Lexis Nexis / DPL Screening, ServiceNow, GLPI, Basic HTML/CSS, and API integration.
