Delivery Execution Lead
We're seeking an experienced Delivery Execution Lead to oversee delivery execution across complex initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This hands-on role involves taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving. You will partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion
* Building and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
