Customer Success Specialist in Life Sciences
This role involves building strong relationships with faculty members at leading universities to integrate JoVE videos into their courses, improving teaching outcomes and student success.
Responsibilities:
* Faculty Outreach
* Conduct daily outreach via calls, emails, and demos to set up JoVE integrations and increase product usage.
* Deliver product awareness sessions across existing customer universities and research institutes.
* Grow engagement and usage by delivering presentations at exhibits, conferences, university seminars, workshops, and onsite customer visits.
* Strengthen subscription renewal outcomes by providing smooth implementation support and consistent usage of JoVE resources.
* Influence product decisions by communicating customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines.
* 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
* Fluent communication skills in English.
* Knowledge of education, market trends, and challenges in assigned content areas (Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology).
* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship-building.
* Experience in networking using cold calling is preferred.
