Key Responsibilities:

2. Lead day-to-day activities for both wholesale and e-commerce channels.
3. Oversee order management, inventory control, and fulfillment with precision.
4. Manage logistics and shipping processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
5. Maintain platform settings (products, pricing, SKUs, inventory) on Shopify and wholesale platforms.
6. Create and update standard operating procedures for consistent execution.
7. Own and manage task tracking boards to monitor progress.
8. Monitor key operational metrics (order accuracy, timelines, inventory health).
