About This Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth initiatives, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales pipeline creation and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
* Campaign Management: Manage Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for 8-12 SaaS accounts with budgets ranging from $5k-$50k/mo.
* Lead-Quality Analytics: Map lead → SQL → Revenue; surface relevant keywords & winning campaigns.
* Client Strategy & Comms: Run monthly reviews, set client expectations, and pitch growth plays.
Requirements
* Experience: 5 yrs hands-on Google Ads for B2B SaaS (SQL generation track record).
* Skills: Fluent in HubSpot (or similar) + Google Tag Manager.
* Judgment & Self-Motivation: Able to juggle 5+ accounts solo; proactive, zero hand-holding.
* Communication: Expert-level communication with clients.
