About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and methodical Release Automation Engineer to join our team. This is a critical role in ensuring smooth and secure release processes across our SAP landscape and integrated systems. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their tasks, is detail-oriented, and understands the importance of reliability in release management.
Key Responsibilities
* Automate and manage software release processes across environments.
* Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring integration with SAP and other platforms.
* Implement security materials, certificates, and integrations in SAP Integration Suite.
* Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure reliable deployments.
* Monitor and maintain release automation tools, processes, and documentation.
Required Skills & Attributes
* Fast learner, highly methodical and organized.
* Positive, motivated, and energized, with strong sense of ownership.
* Proven experience with:
* Ansible
* Git
Important Skills
* SAP Integration Suite: APIs, configuration, security materials, certificates.
* Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
* Python scripting for automation tasks.
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and processes.
Nice to Have
* NodeJS (including Express framework)
* Docker
* Linux administration
* SAP cTMS (Cloud Transport Management System)
