We are seeking a hands-on Product Owner to drive the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Owning and prioritizing product backlog for initiatives related to customer engagement and loyalty strategies.
* Writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria; maintaining documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborating with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Supporting integration with Single Customer View (SCV) and ensuring data governance best practices.
Key Requirements:
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing technology or CRM.
* Strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
