Job Overview
In this key role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and support of complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design, install, configure, and maintain systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Provide expert guidance on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions for critical environments.
* Manage client support tickets, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Requirements:
* 3–4 years of experience in IT system engineering, preferably in an enterprise or managed service environment.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technology stack.
* Familiarity with Intune and mobile device management.
* Strong understanding of MFA and Single Sign-On solutions.
* Proficiency in Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Able to develop detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and customer service best practices.
