IT Support Specialist Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze issues and formulate effective solutions.
* Provide expert support for system, application, and hardware problems.
* Ensure seamless communication with customers regarding ticket progress.
* Collaborate remotely with customers to resolve complex technical issues.
* Utilize the internal IT Knowledge Base to both provide and find solutions to known issues.
* Conduct thorough research and utilize external information to resolve complex issues when necessary.
* Maintain a consistent update of the ticket tracking system with status and fixes.
* Properly escalate issues to relevant parties as required.
Requirements:
* A strong foundation in Information Systems or equivalent field, preferably at an associate's degree level, or extensive proven experience in IT.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality IT solutions within a corporate environment.
* Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments.
* Prior experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry is highly desirable.
* Expertise in centrally managed computer environments is essential.
* Supporting Audio-Visual environments is not mandatory but considered a valuable asset.
