Our company is a global leader in computer hardware manufacturing. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our public relations efforts in Latin America (LATAM). The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating our brand visibility across key markets, including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a regional PR calendar and embargo plan that aligns with global launches and LATAM sales priorities.
* Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier tech and gaming editors, reviewers, and influencers across Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets.
* Host virtual and local events, manage press lists, invitations, materials, and post-event follow-ups.
* Coordinate product reviews by managing sample allocation, delivery, and follow-up process with regional media outlets.
* Partner with distributors, e-commerce partners, and brand collaborators to drive joint PR opportunities.
* Adapt global press materials for LATAM audiences to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
* Track press coverage, analyze media performance metrics, and deliver post-launch summaries.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5-8+ years of experience in tech, consumer electronics, or gaming PR across LATAM.
* A proven track record in media relations and launch management.
* A strong understanding of the LATAM media ecosystem and regional communication styles.
* Existing relationships with major tech and gaming outlets.
* Fluency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish (bilingual proficiency preferred).
