Overview
As the Project Manager for the Digital Grid – Grid Enhancing Technology (DG GET) organization, you are a key figure in driving and delivering sold contracts for the LATAM region. You will liaise with customers, our engineering teams, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver DG GET projects in LATAM, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely execution.
* Coordinate project schedules, scope, services, materials, and customer management in line with project standards and customer requirements.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from contract signing through to the end of the warranty period.
* Communicate effectively—both orally and in writing—with all partners including customers and internal teams.
* Share lessons learned from projects to drive continuous improvement in processes and strategy.
* Provide market and project insights to improve the DG GET portfolio and maintain a customer-centric focus.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Electrical, Electronics, Power, or an equivalent technical field (or equivalent experience).
* At least 3 years of proven success in similar roles driving digital products and digital transformation.
* Technical experience within the energy industry.
* Strong passion for new technologies, with knowledge of IoT, digitalization, and automation trends.
* Customer-focused mindset with collaboration, creativity, and open communication skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish at intermediate level.
