In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting Senior Level Executive Service members, ensuring the smooth operation of their offices. You'll be tasked with high-level administrative duties that directly impact the efficiency of government operations. Accountabilities
* Perform routine executive-level tasks such as scheduling, drafting memos, and creating briefing materials.
* Take creative direction and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
* Manage and de-conflict Executive and Principal Director calendars.
* Handle electronic action binders via MS Teams for Executives and Principal Directors.
* Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including scheduling and logistics.
* Arrange travel for Executives and Principal Directors, both domestic and international.
* Ensure the appropriate routing and submission of high-level documents.
* Maintain comprehensive records in accordance with management directives.
* Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties as requested.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent).
* Experience supporting federal Senior Executive Service members.
* Detail-oriented with experience in task tracking, meeting coordination, and travel preparation.
* Ability to generate reports and develop briefing materials.
* Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
* Must have an active SECRET security clearance.
* US Citizenship is required.
