Responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for leading our team and ensuring operational efficiency. If you have leadership, organizational skills, and an analytical vision, this is your chance
* Manage all warehouse activities, including the entry and exit of products.
* Lead the team of checkers, ensuring all processes are correctly followed.
* Ensure product quality using the FEFO method and manage rework, losses, and damages.
* Monitor performance indicators for both the carrier and the warehouse as a whole.
* Control product flow in the warehouse, identifying items that need to be discarded due to Shelf Life (push).
* Promote a safe environment by implementing best safety practices.
* Conduct training and monitor daily team activities to ensure high performance.
* Record operational anomalies and present results to management.

Requirements
* Complete Higher Education.
* Knowledge of Office Package (Intermediate Excel) and Power BI.
* Knowledge in SAP and electronic inventory.
* Experience in the Logistics area.
