Essential Requirements
* Fluent English language proficiency
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related field
* 8+ years of IT project management experience in Agile Scrum environment
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience
* A proven track record of managing teams of technical architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts
* Ability to perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation
* Experience in managing projects with significant budgets and delivering projects on time and within scope, overseeing all phases of the SDLC
* Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
* Strong organizational skills and mindset
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset
* PMP certification and CSM
* Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies
