We are looking for an SAP Technical Cutover Manager who wants to learn and transform his career.
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and project management offices to guide project teams' efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in a private cloud on Microsoft Azure to business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through project management tools, meetings, emails, and documents.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role. Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points. Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.
