The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our eLIMS-NG processes while providing exceptional training, communication, and support to end users and business stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that the system is utilized efficiently, meets the needs of the organization, and aligns with business objectives. The ability to quickly learn about specific process areas and work autonomously is essential for success in this position.RESPONSIBILITIES• Work closely with business units to understand their needs and provide insights on how the eLIMS-NG can support their objectives.• Rapidly gain understanding of specific process areas to effectively support and optimize eLIMS-NG.• Collaborate with project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Collaborate with lab, IT teams, and other stakeholders to optimize their processes and workflows.• Conduct comprehensive gap analyses to identify gaps in the system as compared to the business processes.
