Job Position: Senior Account Manager, Senior Client Success Manager Work Arrangement: Remote (LATAM and PH based) Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM - 5 PM EST About Pearl Talent: At Pearl, we know that although opportunities aren’t created equal in the world, ambitious talent is. We’re hyper focus on building the right culture, first principled thinking, taking aggressive bets, and delivering years of individual growth within quarters. We’re hiring a Client Success Manager for Pearl—which places top 1% talent from around the world into operational roles at startups and incredible orgs. This manager will manage a team of 8 A players driving white glove care resulting in 0% churn and significant upselling. Your Impact: Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, talent retention, and account expansion and reporting directly to the Customer Sucess Director. By ensuring seamless communication, anticipating client needs, and managing performance, you will help prevent client churn, drive referrals, and accelerate Pearl Talent’s growth through long-term partnerships. Purpose of Your Role: Your goal as Senior Account Manager is to build relationships which make people feel grateful to having Pearl in their corner. We live in a world where products and services are becoming less and less different. Relationships and trust rules all business. Your provide the deep care needed to secure the success of your book. You’ll be executing on strategies to proactively solve and create value for your clients and the Pearl talents working for them. Through the level of care you’ll give, you’ll secure a near 0 churn rate, upsells, and strong client referrals which you’ll be directly compensated for. Our business is built on referrals, so every successful hire we make leads to large growth over time with our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring and reviewing our accounts tracker with 0 missed touches daily. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns/escalations, and identifying opportunities for account growth within their organizations - Conducting client check-ins depending on the lifespan of the client - Proactively building and executing on strategy to bring client success, internal health rating system, and NPS up. - Addressing concerns/escalations, and identifying opportunities for account growth within their organizations. - Identifying upselling strategies and clients who will be growing, can refer friends and champion pearl through testimonials and other strategies. - Cross-functionally collaborating department Recruiting, Marketing and Sales leads Requirements: Must-Have: - Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a senior client success, account management, inside sales, or related roles. - Exceptional English Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, making clarity and professionalism your signature. - Proven Upselling & Cross-Selling Expertise: You have a track record of identifying client needs and turning them into opportunitie
