Responsibilities and duties
* Follow the scheduled maintenance plans, including preventive and corrective maintenance;
* Request necessary materials for maintenance;
* Inspect vehicles and equipment during entry and exit;
* Coordinate and manage the maintenance team to perform services;
* Monitor maintenance costs and provide justifications;
* Generate data for the daily maintenance report (RDM);
* Authorize vehicle and equipment releases;
* Analyze replaced parts and prepare technical reports;
* Participate in setting and achieving departmental goals;
* Oversee outsourced service providers and evaluate their performance;
* Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the maintenance area;
* Supervise the use of measurement and monitoring tools;
* Control the use of manual maintenance tools and perform monthly audits;
* Record maintenance activities for closing work orders;
* Manage the team's personnel records, including hiring, dismissals, promotions, and transfers.
Qualifications and requirements
* Ongoing higher education in Mechanical or Production Engineering;
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office, maintenance planning, and control;
* Experience with cranes is desirable.
