Job Title: Scrum Master – Salesforce Commerce Cloud
We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery professional to lead the way for cross-functional teams working on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). This role is focused on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
This ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise and can effectively coach teams to ensure alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
The successful Scrum Master will have a proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies. They will also be proficient in using tools such as Jira (boards, filters, dashboards), Confluence (documentation), CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps). Strong understanding of Agile metrics scaling frameworks SAFe LeSS Nexus or pragmatic multi-team coordination
