Front-end Web Developer Role
We're seeking a skilled professional to lead the development, optimization and continuous improvement of our website.
1. Architecting and developing fast, scalable and reliable front-end solutions using React and Strapi.
2. Rebuilding, refining and optimizing existing website sections to maximize performance and conversion.
3. Maintaining Core Web Vitals in the green.
4. Designing, implementing and managing content structures, schemas and data models in Strapi v5.
5. Integrating CMS features with analytics and marketing tools.
6. Automating deployment workflows and repetitive development tasks.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building front-end applications with React, advanced experience working with Headless CMS platforms, particularly Strapi (v4+; v5 preferred), and proficiency with Vercel, GitHub, continuous deployment and server-side integrations.
Responsibilities include collaborating closely with design, content and product teams and ensuring accurate tracking, strong server response performance and a high-quality user experience across all devices.
Qualifications include 3+ years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React, advanced experience working with Headless CMS platforms, particularly Strapi (v4+; v5 preferred), proficiency with Vercel, GitHub, continuous deployment and server-side integrations, solid understanding of API configuration and consumption within Headless CMS environments, ability to troubleshoot, debug and deploy fixes in real-time production environments, demonstrated experience improving conversion rates and running A/B testing experiments, strong knowledge of analytics tools and CMS integrations, and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus Skills include experience integrating and customizing HubSpot APIs, familiarity with SEO, CRO and performance-driven digital strategies, previous experience working in high-growth or startup environments and exposure to AI-driven development workflows, frameworks or tools.
