As a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business success by identifying and implementing solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
 * Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
 * Map, analyze, and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
 * Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals, collaborating closely with IT and stakeholders.
 * Analyze business data and CRM trends to prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
 * Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
 * Communicate effectively with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
 * Monitor solution performance and iterate on Salesforce configurations for ongoing optimization.
Requirements
 * Profound knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management Testing (UAT).
 * Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagramming expertise.
 * Advanced Salesforce configuration and administration skills.
 * Basic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL) is advantageous.
