The ideal candidate will have basic experience with SAP systems and a strong customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for handling initial support requests, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating more complex problems when necessary.Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systemTroubleshoot and resolve basic IT and SAP-related issuesLog, track, and manage support tickets in the systemEscalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 support teamsAssist users with SAP login issues, navigation, and basic functionalityMaintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutionsFollow standard support procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)RequirementsBasic experience working with SAP (any module is a plus)Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service role preferredStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common IT toolsGood organizational and time management skillsHigh level of EnglishNice to HaveFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.G., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)Understanding of ITIL principlesMultilingual skills (if applicable)
