IT Technical Recruiter Role
We are seeking an experienced IT technical recruiter to join our team. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent in Latin America (LATAM) for U.S.-based companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Key responsibilities include building strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies, leveraging various sourcing tools, and partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams.

* Manage the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
* Source, screen, and present top candidates for technical roles.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to create effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
* At least 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
* Proven track record of successfully recruiting for diverse information technology roles.
* Strong understanding of technology trends and ability to work effectively with technical professionals.
* Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
