Agile Practice Coach
The ideal candidate will be a skilled Agile Practice Coach who can facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. This is a hands-on role that requires working closely with distributed teams and collaborating with Agile leadership.
We are seeking an experienced Agile Practice Coach to join our client's Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding one Scrum team, partnering with an enterprise Agile Coach, implementing SAFe practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
In order to succeed in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), familiarity with SAFe, experience working with Agile tools, and proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong collaboration and teamwork mindset, problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
