**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
We’re seeking an outstanding UI Designer to join our design studio team. This person will report to the Head of Marketing Design and will be responsible for leading design initiatives across the marketing design team with a focus on Customer Success, including developing and transforming our visual identity into effective user experiences. You will also create visual assets for education courses, videos, and web pages.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Create user experience and design concepts that digitally reflect our brand purpose for the intended audience.
- Create UI-centric design comps, interaction models, UI animations, interactive prototypes, and visual design specs.
- Partner with UI/UX Designers and front-end developers to bring your ideas to life.
- Identify, advocate for, and own design-driven projects and initiatives that have cross-team impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business needs and translate goals into effective designs.
- Proficiency in motion design - big advantage.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- At least 1 year of experience as a UI designer, specializing in web and mobile design.
- Detail-oriented with a keen sense of aesthetics.
- Communicate design direction for solving users’ problems from concept to implementation.
- Fluent in Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Team player, creative, and passionate about exploring new stuff and UI design trends.
- Experience working with a globally distributed team is a plus.
- Building user flows, wireframes, and designs - an advantage.
- Experience with Principal / After Effects - an advantage.

However, we also recognize and appreciate the freedom, flexibility, and focused work that comes with remote flexibility. This is why a hybrid schedule is a perfect balance of both. Our Florianopolis, SC office has a hybrid work schedule, working in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
