Mobile Application Expert - The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing high-performance mobile applications using the latest technologies and frameworks. They will be responsible for working with product managers to clarify customer problems and feature requirements, collaborating with UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience, and ensuring the developed features are efficient and responsive. The role also involves actively collaborating with backend integration service developers to align on OData Service features and requirement, using S/4HANA system and its relevant business processes, conducting thorough testing, identifying and fixing bugs, crashes, and performance issues, and providing sufficient documentation on features developed. In addition, the candidate will participate in daily scrums, backlog grooming, and provide good quality effort estimates. They will also be responsible for investigating and resolving assigned customer incidents from ServiceNow, following standard customer incident support process, and maintaining communication and documentation in English.
