Job Title: Recruiter Brazil
We are looking for a skilled professional to support our daily activities, including formatting cvs, matching candidates with vacancies, and scheduling interviews.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as reporting daily activities and providing data-driven insights to improve our hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
* Conducting initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
* Coordinating and scheduling interviews, acting as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers
* Collaborating with account managers and sales teams to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies
* Promoting employer branding through recruitment campaigns that highlight company values, culture, and benefits
* Maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS and reporting on recruitment metrics
Requirements:
* Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
* Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience recruiting in the HR services or staffing industry
* Knowledge of outbound recruitment strategies and tools like LinkedIn
* Strong knowledge of English is needed
