**Job Description:**
This is a Senior Paid Media Specialist role focused on managing and scaling paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads for Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate has +5 years of experience running successful campaigns, expertise in e-commerce advertising, and proficiency with analytics tools.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making.
2. Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics to drive profitability.
3. Create and iterate ad creative to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
4. Analyze competitors and market trends to improve strategy.
5. Generate insightful reports using Looker Studio and other analytics tools.
Requirements:
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
* Experience with Merchant Center and e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads.
* Proven expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
* Familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of email marketing & CRO strategies to enhance funnel efficiency.
* Experience working with DTC brands in apparel, streetwear, or fashion.
