We’re partnering with a fast-moving, mission-driven client and are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their remote team.
What You’ll Do
* Support interview scheduling, reschedules, and calendar coordination across multiple time zones.
* Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
* Help manage offer logistics:
generate and send offer letters, and track responses.
* Assist with onboarding and documentation prep.
* Maintain accurate data and support process consistency in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or admin roles.
* Comfort with scheduling, logistics, and using calendars/ATS tools.
* Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
* Bonus:
Experience supporting offer or onboarding processes.
