Job Title: Regional Admin Manager – Retail
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets for the region.
* Ensure accurate and timely store accounting, including payroll and other financial transactions.
* Provide operational insights and statistics to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
* Comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding accounting, taxation, and labor practices.
* Optimize departmental efficiency and productivity while minimizing costs.
Specific Job Functions:
* Establish and maintain an efficient accounting department, with a focus on accurate store accounting procedures.
* Oversee HR and payroll matters for the region, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
* Collaborate with external auditors and advisors to provide necessary information.
* Verify unusual inventory discrepancies and ensure reliable data.
* Coordinate regional IT requirements with the head office IT team.
* Manage access to all stores and vaults in the region.
* Determine staff salaries according to company salary policies.
* Participate in administration meetings and roundtable discussions.
