Job Description:
* Liaise between clients and internal teams for seamless onboarding.
* Support Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications.
* Manage contract workflows with Sales to ensure timely delivery.
* Assist AML Manager with KYC, client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
* Support local Director with Corporate Governance and Secretarial duties.
* Coordinate external advisors when required.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive mindset with multiple priorities management ability.
* IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace).
