Objective Summary
A highly motivated Marketing Coordinator is required to support the smooth execution of client work. The ideal candidate will manage internal communication, task coordination, and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
* Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with set standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently.
Main Objectives
1. Develop high-quality marketing materials that meet client requirements and align with company standards.
2. Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain accurate task trackers.
3. Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects.

Reporting Relationship
* This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
