Core Responsibilities:
Scheduling pickups daily via email, booking tool, or phone.
Following up with carriers.
Communicating with customers and carriers regarding information or paperwork needs.
Uploading international paperwork via DHL LINK.
Entering tracking and PRO numbers in JDA.
Reprinting PDF edited documents.
Filing documents.
Escalating SLA risks to Leads/Supervisors.
Position Details:
Role: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 9:00AM – 5:30PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.50 per hour
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Managing emails and directing them to relevant departments such as Parcel, LTL, Inbound/Inventory.
Basic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Organizational skills.
Team collaboration.
Proficiency in Excel.

Role Purpose:
Process customer orders, prepare correspondence, and provide product, service, and transit information. Act as a liaison for issue resolution.
Key Accountabilities:
Resolve product or service issues, including customer complaints and follow-up.
Maintain and update customer records.
Process customer adjustments for financial accounts.
Collect and analyze customer information to prepare reports and assist with order management.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0-12 months of experience in system, data entry, or reporting.
Preferred: 0-12 months warehouse experience.
