We're seeking a highly creative and hands-on Senior Talent Development Professional to support the establishment of our newly formed Talent Development function.
* Deeply collaborate with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes, time constraints, and needs.
* Design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, tailoring for diverse styles through simple, high-impact solutions.
* Serve as the operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog.
* Embody an agile mindset, rapidly producing high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data.
