Growth Marketer In Global Running Company – Part-Time With Room To Grow Into Head Of Marketing

Responsibilities
Own all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients, including email newsletters and digital advertising on Meta and Google.
Plan, run, test, and scale campaigns. Explore new platforms and channels to drive measurable results.
Optimize email flows, build smart automations, and dive into data to continuously improve performance.
Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations.
Collaborate directly with the founder, Lena, and the remote team, keeping only 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week.
Qualifications & Traits
Analytical, structured thinker with a creative eye for copy and opportunity spotting.
Experience with email marketing, automation, and data‑driven optimisation.
Comfortable researching new tech, trends, and testing initiatives in one city before scaling.
Fast mover, super collaborator, and execution‑focused. Execution is the most important skill.
Passion for running, bridging cultures, and working in a fast‑moving, positive company.
Contract Details
USD 1,400 a month25 hours a weekManaged via UpworkSalary is comfortable and should enable a fun, fulfilling life beyond work. Money is not the main motivation.
