We are looking for contractor support to strengthen creative workflow operations. This person would not be focused on creative production itself, but on helping requests move efficiently through intake, scoping, setup, and handoff, while also supporting workflow improvements in Asana .
Responsibilities
Intake flow and request readiness: Review, organize, and prepare incoming requests after triage so work can move to the next step efficiently. Help reduce the backlog of post-triage tickets and structure requests that have been triaged but still need scoping before assignment or execution.
Task setup in Asana: Create and maintain clear, complete task setups in Asana — including descriptions, owners, dependencies, due dates, and supporting materials needed for smooth handoffs. Ensure every task is set up consistently and accurately.
Workflow consistency across the team: Help ensure requests are routed, documented, and handed off in a consistent way, reducing friction and rework across the team.
Workflow support for senior creative team members: Take on administrative workflow tasks currently sitting with senior design leadership, freeing those team members to focus on project leadership, team development, and higher-value initiatives.
Asana optimization: Build and maintain reports, rules, and automations in Asana that improve visibility, operational efficiency, and consistency across the team's workflow.
Work-in-progress visibility and reporting: Support tracking and reporting on outstanding requests, bottlenecks, and workflow needs — giving the team a clearer, more reliable view of what's in flight.
Scalable workflow support structure: Help establish a support model that can grow with the team as request volume increases and as creative and content operations become more closely integrated.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (+5 years);
Fluent in English ;
Experience in operational workflow management, ideally within creative or content teams;
Strong command of Asana — including task creation, rules, reports, and automations;
High attention to detail and strong organizational instincts;
Ability to spot bottlenecks and improve processes proactively;
Clear communicator with a track record of clean, context-rich handoffs;
Self-directed, execution-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
