Role Overview: The Manager, Field Operations, is responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting franchise partners across a designated region. This role involves collaborating with franchise leadership to enhance guest satisfaction, improve profitability, and uphold brand standards. The position reports to the Senior Manager and provides guidance on brand standards, training, and operational improvements.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of the QSR industry and restaurant operations.
* Preferred experience with Chicken QSR brands.
* 5+ years in large-scale restaurant settings, including experience as a Quick Service Restaurant Manager or District Manager.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized, motivated, and a team player.
* Strong leadership abilities and business acumen.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Language skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
