Visual Creative Strategist RoleWe're seeking a skilled Visual Creative Strategist to drive growth through emotion-led ad creative. Our best ads spark nostalgia and feeling—the message lives in the visuals, pacing, and music, not long copy.To succeed, you'll need to turn insights into scroll-stopping hooks and storyboards; pick music, pacing, and shot lists that carry the message.You'll build concise briefs for editors and UGC creators; source and manage creators.As a strategist, you'll guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.Leveraging your expertise, you'll launch rapid tests; read performance (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, ROAS) and iterate fast.Finally, you'll repurpose winners into statics.This role requires ownership of visual creative strategy from concept → brief → edit → test → scale. You'll collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints. To stay ahead, maintain a swipe file of winning references and trend formats. Coordinate whitelisting/influencer assets as needed.
