We need someone who can craft compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians, design localized marketing strategies that attract doctors to these regions, and help them build trust with patients.
About the Role
1. Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract qualified doctors to underserved areas.
2. Develop localized marketing strategies to build doctors' visibility and trust in the community.
3. Collaborate with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies.
4. Run digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust.
5. Manage content creation with a focus on human-centered storytelling.
6. Establish marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations.
7. Measure and optimize campaigns based on data.
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in marketing
* Good level in English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in Marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press / HTML, and analytics platforms
