 
        
        Senior IT Technical Recruiter
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Senior IT Technical Recruiter role. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
 * Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
 * Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Building strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Leveraging a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
 * Partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
Requirements
 * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
 * High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
 * Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
This role requires a strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
