Job Description
As a key member of our team, the Agile Coach will be responsible for facilitating major events, managing calendars, and ensuring program-level cadence.
The Agile Coach will orchestrate PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
Additionally, the Agile Coach will coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles, promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks.
The Agile Coach will also optimize the flow of value across the ART, help manage dependencies, and communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
