About the Role
* Create impactful multimedia: Design and edit videos, motion graphics, infographics, brochures, and explainer content that bring our services and innovations to life.
* Visualize executive level presentations: Design minimalist, animated, brand-aligned presentations - designed for maximum impact.
* Visualize complex ideas: Translate complex strategies and technical topics into powerful visuals and compelling narratives.
* Design across platforms: Adapt creative assets for multiple platforms, from global events and executive meetings to digital service tools and customer communications.
* Work on brand transition and ensure brand consistency across diverse markets and multicultural contexts.
* Collaborate with international teams across time zones, turning raw ideas and briefs into polished, executive-ready materials.
* Balance creativity with speed, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Your Background
* Bachelor's degree in multimedia design or similar.
* Deep experience in multimedia, digital design.
* A portfolio showcasing excellence in multimedia storytelling: video editing, motion design, presentation design, infographics, and interactive content.
* Mastery of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
* Strong English skills with the ability to refine and edit content for clarity and impact.
* Proven ability to create world-class presentations.
* Experience working in international teams, with an understanding of global audiences and cultural nuance. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for teamwork.
* Strong project management skills, agility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising on quality.
