The Marketing Coordinator role is a pivotal position that supports the smooth execution of client work.
This involves managing internal communication and task coordination, working closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Task Tracking: Maintain accurate and updated task trackers and teamwork spaces daily.
* Project Quality Control: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, process-oriented thinking, clear and concise communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using project management tools.

* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
