**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Lead Field Sales digital team, responsible for Pepsico’s frontline transformation through our digital Sales tools (impact on almost 3 thousand Pepsico’s frontline colaborators).The role involves managing different aspects of field sales, from frontline engagement, to KPI’s tracking and Digital Sales targets. Also responsible for e-GTM strategy and route reengineering aligned with GTM area, to reach more than 200 thousand DTS customers and 3PD (1P Ambev).
- Define and execute Brazil’s Digital Sales Field strategy (more than 200 thousand DTS customers), through 2 main Apps (Pepsico Connect and Bees). Define end to end Field Sales strategy and execution plan (Short, Mid and Long term plans);
- Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) related to frontline team. Track and report teams targets and challenges on App and strategy to variable payments aligned with HR team;
- Develop e-GTM strategy and route reengineering to DTS customers (more than 200 thousand), new customers (20 thousand ’24 plan) and 1P Ambev (3PD) opportunities;
- Provide training and support frontline team on new digital capabilities, engagement and transformation.
This is a strategic role of a senior position responsible for Pepsico’s frontline transformation through our digital Sales tools (Bees and Pepscio connect Apps) and also e-GTM strategy to deliver Digital Sales transformation aligned with AOP targets (almost 700 tons incremental through Digital Sales Transformation).
**Your Impact**
As Head of Field Sales your scope would consist of:
- Lead Field Sales digital team, responsible for Pepsico’s frontline transformation (impact on almost 3 thousand Pepsico’s frontline colaborators) through our digital Sales tools (Bees and Pepscio connect Apps) and also e-GTM strategy to deliver Digital Sales transformation aligned with AOP targets (almost 700 tons incremental through Digital Sales Trasnformation);

- Develop e-GTM strategy and route reengineering to DTS customers (more than 200 thousand), new customers (20 thousand ’24 plan) and 1P Ambev (3PD) opportunities;
- Lead and implement online solution projects related to e-GTM;
- Provide training and support frontline team on new digital capabilities, engagement and transformation;
- Guarantee good relationship and alignments with Pepsico main steakholders: Strategy&Transformation Team, Sales team, Trade MKT (DX), Pepsico Connect Team, Sales strategy & Intelligence Team, IT Team, GBS Team, Finance, MKT, Latam Team, Global Team;
- Guarantee good relationship and alignments with outside partners and suppliers: Bees team (Ambev), Zmees Team;
- Play an important leadership role on team development;
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Previous experience in manage roles and at least 3 of go to market / field sales related areas;
- Previous experience in trade MKT, sales strategy, sales execution, commercial planning and/or sales capabilities experience, digital MKT/Strategy/commercial, go to market;
- Strategic thinking and short-long term vision;
- Strong ability to develop and sustain successful networks across a complex matrixial organization;
- Considerable knowledge of digital sales, strategy and operation;
- Ability to adapt communication styles across different nature of audiences, from top management to sales FL and different customers;
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously;
